We believe players should be able to play in a fair and fun environment.
Every player, no matter the skill level, should be given a chance to have fun and improve.
Upon making use of our services, you agree to all of our rules and accept that you will be punished accordingly for breaking them.
Staff can and will use their own judgement when deciding on which warning/punishment is best suited to any given user.
We reserve the right to change or modify these rules and guidelines at any given time.
We also reserve the right to ban you from our services without warning, however, a reason will always be provided and you may generally appeal it.
You are NOT allowed to:
• Continually and/or aggressively insult or stalk other players.
• Make use of racial slurs and/or stereotypical behavior.
• Post personally identifiable information (i.e. name, address, email, phone number, etc.), without prior consent. (Doxxing)
• Use 3rd party programs to gain an unfair advantage over others. (Cheating)
• (D)DoS and/or use exploits in attempt to crash Servers used for play.
• Use any of our provided services (Steam Group, Servers, Discord, etc.) to spread inappropriate/malicious content.
• Spam in any of our provided services.
• Abuse exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
You can view "Penalties / Bans" for detailed information on the type and length of your punishment when breaking these rules.
I. Base Information
Your ban length will depend on the severity level, the amount of times the rule has been broken, and how many times you have already been banned.
Generally you can assume that the duration of your ban will double in length on every infraction, assuming the same severity.
II. Severity
We'll be making use of Severity Levels, each having their own initial ban length and appeal rules;
-- Critical --
• Base ban: Permanent.
• Appeal: You can appeal your ban, but unless we can confirm it's an undeserved ban, you will not be unbanned.
Offenses:
• Doxxing.
• Cheating.
• (D)DoS.
• Abusing critical exploits to either gain an unfair advantage (sound modification/addon bypassing) or to crash Servers.
• Using any of our provided services (Steam Group, Servers, Discord, etc.) to spread inappropriate/malicious content.
-- High --
• Base ban: 1 Month.
• Appeal: You can appeal your ban, but we'll need to get a pretty good reason/proof as to why you should be unbanned.
Offenses:
• Racist behavior through use of chat and/or voice, or an inappropriate in-game name.
• Continually and aggressively insulting or stalking other players.
-- Medium --
• Base ban: 1 Week.
• Appeal: You can appeal your ban, but we'll need to get a pretty good reason/proof as to why you should be unbanned.
Offenses:
• Ragequitting.
• Griefing. (Rushing solo, intentionally not clearing teammates, intentionally friendly-firing, etc.)
• Abuse of in-game systems such as the votekick system.
Q: How and where can I appeal my ban or report a player?
A: We deal with all of our ban appeals and player reports through our Discord server.
Simply make a ticket under Reports/Appeals and follow the instructions.
Q: Do you plan on adding more features to VIP?
A: Most certainly, our goal is to keep adding more and more features to VIP while keeping "Fair-play" in mind.
This means that we aim to add features that don't give an advantage to VIPs, while still providing something "extra".
Q: Do you plan on upgrading/adding more Servers?
A: We'd love to, but this entirely depends on how many people are subscribed to VIP in order to support us in paying for the Servers.
Q: How much do the Servers currently cost on a monthly basis?
A: Total costs to run our current services (Website, Databases, Gameservers) are $210
VIP Subscriptions allow us to keep running things smoothly and maybe do a little extra for the community! :)
